All donations go to Yoga for Palestine. Farashe Yoga (http://farasheyoga.org/) is a non-profit yoga centre based in Ramallah, in the Occupied Palestinian West Bank. Since 2012, Farashe has offered a unique yoga teacher-training programme for local Palestinian women so they can bring the benefits of yoga to their local communities and refugee camps in the West Bank. This work is 100% run by volunteers and donations. It has been hugely successful to date with over 25 women trained as foundation yoga teachers. As a result, yoga has been introduced to children in schools, the disabled, elderly and Palestinian men. The benefits have been far-reaching, offering both vital physical and psychological relief to women, children and men from the ongoing effects of life under illegal military occupation. The aim of ‘Midsummer Yoga for Palestine‘ is to support the ongoing work of Farashe so they can continue the training and outreach projects in the Occupied West Bank. Midsummer Yoga for Palestine is inspired by the Palestinian women featured in the radio documentary, ‘Freedom On the Mat‘ made by Muireann de Barra (See: http://freedomonthemat.com/). For other
