About Yoga Programs
Programs have different names for practical reasons - they do not represent any distinction in ability. Yoga does not accomodate the idea of competition with others, nor competition with yourself. Instead it is about being aware of yourself - just as you are, right now.
All programs are gentle in style and approach (i.e. don't expect to sweat!) and are available to everyone – every age, stage and condition. They are tailored to take account of any ailments or weaknesses. Practices can also be done on a chair for anyone who prefers to be seated. No matter what the physical, mental or emotional condition it is possible to practice, enjoy and benefit from yoga.
Classes encourage the discovery and development of a greater awareness of our whole selves - the head, heart and hands.
Class sizes are small.
In addition to the standard programs Chair Yoga, Teens and Transition Year, Men's Yoga and Children's Yoga classes are also available... and all ideas are welcome !
For your comfort:
Don't be surprised if I give you homework - it is simply to encourage the experience of yoga in daily life !

Beginners' Program
The Beginners’ Program. This program is for those who are starting out on the path of yoga or simply for those who prefer this level. It is designed to discover a deeper understanding of the physical body and the breath, leading to a feeling of harmony, ease and inner well-being across the whole self. We begin by learning to relax and to establish basic yogic practices and techniques, discovering very simple methods that can be incorporated easily into our normal day. It is advisable to experience the Beginners’ Program first and establish some fundamental techniques before proceeding to the Continuers’ Program.
Continuers' Program
The Continuers’ Program. This program is for those who have followed the Beginners’ Program and have established the basic yogic practices. The program further guides the student gently along the yogic path. It is for those who feel ready to explore more about the workings of the head, heart and hands through stronger asana and deeper practices. Sequences like Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation) and Chandra Namaskara (Moon Salutation) may be included. This program introduces other yogic practices and encourages practice at home and in daily life. In this program we are getting to know the whole self a little bit more, building and refining the ability to be aware, to be mindful and to witness.
Mixed Program
This program suitable for both Beginners and Continuers
