"Yoga" means union or oneness.

Yoga is an integrated practice that offers profound positive benefits to the whole person - the head, heart and hands - rather than only the physical body.
Yoga is available to every age, stage and condition.
Yoga has a particular emphasis on awareness.

Yoga is a way of living whereby an awareness of the multiple  aspects of one's being - the physical, emotional, mental, energy and spiritual states , are nourished and brought into a state of balance and harmony.  

Yoga is about being your whole self.

I have been trained in the Bihar Yoga tradition which comprises a fusion of various ancient and traditional yogic techniques and paths. It encourages a particular emphasis on awareness and an experience of 'head, heart and hands'.

Yoga is the adventure of a lifetime!

When? Wednesday evenings from
4th Mar - 1st Apr, 5 weeks.

Beginners:   18:30 - 19:45
Continuers: 20:00 - 21:15 - FULL

Cost? 50e.
