Yoga is an holistic practice that offers profound  benefits to the whole person - the head, heart and hands.

Yoga has a particular emphasis on the development of awareness.


Yoga is about being your whole self.

Not solely a physical practice, yoga also encourages the exploration  and nourishment of our energy,  mind, emotional well-being and our environment - the whole self. It is available to every age, stage and condition. 
Yoga is suitable for everyone

I have been trained in the Bihar Yoga (Satyananda Yoga) tradition which comprises a fusion of various ancient and traditional yogic techniques and paths. It encourages a particular emphasis on awareness and an experience of 'head, heart and hands'.

Yoga is the adventure of a lifetime!
